Though it clearly states before you enter the account in EULA that they are not responsible and don't have to give you anything for downtimes, rollbacks and etc etc, they said:

like some month before someone calculated this costs:

13 EUR per Month, 30 Days, so per day, so circa 40 cent for 1 day

its a good sign if they refund us this time, i appreciate this!
