VPU recory happing often

just in about the last week or two may game has been crashing and I get an error report my vpu made a recory (has not clue what VPU is) but it seems vidoe card related. My game has run smooth and fine for the past 2 months on my new computer that has the ati redeon x600 128 megs with hT I also know i have not upgraded yet to 4.9 catyslem patch for it... I would have but it seems every time I download the patch from ati.com it is corrupted :(

Are you, by chance, in the area of the floating island?

If so, that's why you get that vpu recover stuff.

Stay away from there or upgrade your graphic carddrivers.

nope just happens at radnome times only started about two weeks ago

I used to get these issues all the time Blue, I downgraded to catalyst 4.5 and have been running fine ever since. No version of the catalyst drivers since then appears to work.

test the 4.10 cata its released this week or so i have downloaded last day
