Brwon spiders and Bounty Maerks

I have a Monk quest that has me hunintg Brown Spiders, but they don't spawn on the small Island where they are supposed to be. Are there any other places that they spawn?

Also, I keep getting Bounty Marks as loot. What can I do with them, and where can I take them?

brown spiders can be found northeast of sslanis. Bounty Markers can be used to purchase crafting techniques from the various quartermasters scattered around the towns.
