Now kind Elsa is here, but I have not been able to find the tallest tower in Tazoon, to locate the embezzling Grant Smythe and help Ms. Baltos out. Anyone know his whereabouts perchance?

If you stand in the garden beside the portal and look toward the wishgiver, the tallest building is to the right of her. You have to tilt your screen up to see Grant.

Found him at 23784, 25306. using /select Grant is the easiest way to target him

Is there a Vault VII and if so where does it start?

Yeah ended up having a discussion to that effect in game.

Such a shame that either making the wrong choice at some point, or in my case coming back to the game after such a long time can have an undesired effect.

I switched from a biped (now deleted) to a dragon, so I knew about Vault 7 and got it, but there needs to be some inidication that you are better off 'saving' the free one.

You only get VII if you payed for upgrades to VI and did the free upgrade at that time.....which SUCKS.

i got to upgrade my vault to IX this weekend.......
anyone else got a bigger vault than VII? thought that was the biggest you could get.....
is there a larger vault even than 9?

or should i have not said anything??

On blight theres a guy that has vault X.
So yes there are a few more levels after V
