Thanks to the dedicated efforts of many people, my old plot on the Wolf's Paw plateau, overlooking the mithral from theNorthwest,has both a blacksmith shop and a vault! Both are open to all.
Thanks to all that helped! (I had to finish getting 5 levels in both enchanter and weaver just to scribe the cotton construction tapestries and glowing essence construction sources necessary).
