Oh, it still exists. Take your best route to Dryart? Dikaina?whatever the town is on the coast northwest of Tishlarand run the coast north and around to get to the nature? tower up in that region. The one dragons normally gather at to go fight Kaa or to go down the spiral. Anyway, once there, head due west. Once you get on the bridge, though, walk. It is way too easy to end up falling off and drowning.
