The Winter Mountain Wolves are up near Mahagra, heading toward Kirasanct. I can give you directions but not printpos at the moment because the shard is down at the moment.
Stand outside the Mahagra Vault with the doorway to your back. Follow the road to your right out of town. The road splits left up a hill and right under an ice overpass, the wolves are up the left fork and spawn pretty well.
