Crashing when using structure containers and trades

Alrighty... this one is frustraiting. Let me go step by step...

I've noticed this crashing *very* frequently when I've done things in this order:

Accessed a structure container (Guild hall, silo, etc)
Accepted a trade from another player, or interacted in such a trade.
Interacted with said structure again.

Though, I think I can omit the trade part. But I remember trades crashing both myself and a friend when we were filling a silo, so I think they play a role in this.

Also, the structure window has been closed, I've teleported to the resources and back, and still had a crash upon returning and interacting. Let me explain this better...

I come in with a Tarbash full and inventory full of stuff. I open a structure, I drag my inventory over... wait a few seonds, drag my tarbash over and the client hangs and then crashes. Doesn't *always* happen, but in each instance I've noticed, I've had some sort of trade with another player, with me getting items.

Any ideas??

Open a storage structure. Open a trade and close this trade ->crash in 100% of times. You first see how all item images inside storage structure are getting srewed. Then client hangs.

Encounterd this problem earlier today. CTD me twice before i figured out what i was doing wrong :(

This is an OLD OLD bug and has been reported many times.

One way to mitigate the potential ctd is to open and close a chat window before you close the storage window. It rarely ctds after you do that.

I've found that if I close the structures I'm working with before doing anything else, I don't crash at all. That is, open a silo, drag into it, close the silo. Immediately, not doing anything otherwise.
