ARoP quest 2 is repeatable.

Last night I checked in on the ring dragon for ARop and found that he will give out the second quest to you again if you have finnished it already. May want to put a check on that so if its already done he wont go sending you off to find the ghost again.

Yup. Reported it a couple months ago.

It seems like repeatability is the last thing checked for in design and the last thing fixed when reported. Many quests that shouldn't be repeatable are, or were at some point.
