Quest bug with Sergeant Kipson in Kion.
If you speak with Sereant Kipson for the Destroy The Raiders quest and follow the first link called "Are you interested" a quest entry called Destroy the Raiders is added to your active quest log however no steps are listed. Not until you click the second link will the steps be added to slay 8 raiders and marauders. I would suggest you only add this quest to the active quest list when the steps are actaully given to prevent people from thinking they have the quest one the first link.
