I am having some problems with the notifications that some players are online when they come online. This is on Order and these people have showed up for me in the past. I know they are not hidden, or I am added to their friends list as they are people in my own guild. I am also not the only person in my guild having this problem, and it tends to be with the same people.

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm going to open an incident on this, but I am just wondering if there is a server wide epidemic or if this is just a couple isolated cases.
