Bonding the Blades Quest Borked?

Okay, now after finally getting Joggler Sims to recognize my Bitter Pickle cap collection I turned in long ago. I go through the pains of getting the ghost vapors, go wait all this time for a Soul Trap to be made. Go out and have an awesome fight with this Mighty Knight of Creation and get off spell to defeat him just in time.

However, no update on my quest that I defeated him. Worse yet, I can't get him to respawn to try and kill him again!

Please fix this aspect of this quest now? Relogging didn't cure this either. I have a screenshot of the killing if you want me to put that up too.

I saw that post, but with such a close fight, does this mean I have to kill him again? Also, is he even going to spawn again? I tried to get him to spawn again for like an hour and no luck. I hope the fix is going to take in to account those that have already gotten the mob to spawn.
