Outpost Quest : Details for Tazoon Prospecting Service Reports Part Two.

After returning to Lhumberg on completting the first part to this quest, he sends you on to Biltin outside the camp. However if you look at your current quest logs you will see the quest for part two, but if you expand it for the details nothing shows up. There should be the step to see Biltin listed at the very least.
