It's a bug when the last letter of the last word of the subject line is an A. Nothing more.
Also does it with the last letter of the last word of a post is an A if nothing is added to it I believe. Lets test...

EDIT: Newp, got away with it that time but I know it does happen because I remember wondering, when I saw it happen with my name in someone elses post, why the guy was calling me Snowdonia ss but realized later on its a bug with the forums. :P
