Hmm. maybe a change to something on the client end. i cant even do it on the old Vista box or Xp box anymore..

The dual logging issue is a Transport Error, Error #14:

I just got a new computer with Windows 7.

I had no problem dual loggin on the old Vista computer. With this new computer, anytime I click any other application outside of keeping Istaria active...

Ok so Soul Fragments are dropping for Khutit form..

but they are not dropping for Drain Bolt VI quest.. could we fix that to?

The Soul shards have not been dropping for the Khutit form. I ran around and attempted mobs of all types, with no avail. Guessing maybe 200+ types of mobs.. 30ish-60ish.

Had the quest as well.
