This may apply to more than one plot, but I know that in Nana on Order, the planning view is mostly obscured by what is described as 'overlaying bits of land' from what may be higher terraces on Shepherd's mountain. Basically, imagine you're way overhead, looking down on Nana. The angle is such however, that you're actually staring at the top of the cliffside above Nana, and the actual plot and buildings are almost entirely covered from view.
It makes it difficult to lay out the plot properly. Can the owner of Nana on Chaos confirm this same problem, or are any other plots like this?
