Found one! FYI, Apia has some expert machines, namely Blacksmith, Stoneworking, Scholar and Woodworking. All the other buildings are J-man level.

I would check the Saratova community on Saratova island... there are actually several communities out there that had some expert machines. Well.. least there is on Chaos server..
Elated that HZ is no longer in the hands of the Infidels.
Now.. I may have to split my time between 2 games... CS:S and HZ...
