how to get my real forum account?

hi, i tried creating an accoutn in the forum quite a while ago.
but i never recieved the email containign the password.
now i tried to create an accoutn under the same email, as the first one, but it says the email is already in use.
ok, i tried requesting the passwort, but again i wont recieve an email.
how can i get my "real" account back?

the name is wertzui

Ok, check your email , the addy you have listed in it is correct, so I changed your password. If you get it, you can always go in and change it in your profile.

ok, now i created a new account with the nick dYn|wertzui and the email [email protected].
but i did not receive an activation mail.

Are you behind a spam filter? I know I have had to specifically whitelist some email addresses and some domains in order to get email from people there.

yes, i do check my spam folder regularly

it's a forum problem. I have never recieved any sent emails, and i dont even have a filter.
