Just a thought - perhaps there could be a way to right-click to set the 'sell value' of a list of selected items to the same amount, instead of having to do it one by one?

If your crafting the items you want to sell, you can set the price during creation. Unless it was taken out, I don't think so, but I'm not sure. Other than that, you can try putting your invintory into list view, and clicking the bottom item, then Shift+click your top one, which will select all inbetween, and try that way. No clue if either will work, but general assumptions.
