At least one crystal cannot be placed in storage or a pouch with others of its kind.

if you try to put a shining mind weapon crystal in a pouch with another one,
it will say " shining mind weapon crystal cannot be combined".

Either this is a DB bug, or it may point to future changes in how crystals will function.

It is a little of both. I know they said in the preview that enchanters will be able to combine crystals but I am sure they should not combine in a pouch.
