We have been in WD killing greater mummies, but all we getting is greater mummy wrapping. What is the jiff ... which creature give the scarab, what are the wrapping used for?

I found some scarabs on the greater mummies located in the northern deadlands.
Nearby are also some gem golems for other useful healing techs :)
