Character Loading Issues

My player characters do not want to load past the "generic" form. My detail level is set to the max on characters, as well as the texture. I'm not sure what is going on.

Haven't touched anything, so it must have been something in the last patch perhaps?

And i checked the fix for the graphics def file, it is indeed in my prefs folder, so its not that either. I'm lost.....and its driving me nuts hehehe

Ahhh my Madimum Low detail chars was set to the lowest, as well as my max chars to display, but it keeps reseting itself to the lowest setting when I relog....so i keep having to adjust it every time i log on...is that...normal?
