"that cd key has been marked as inactive" error code 64
My husband can't log in, and that's the error he's getting..
his account is definitely NOT inactive, he logs in every day, and the monthly subscription expires 15th April so we're still mid-cycle..
I know the login server has had problems but I've been able to log in, and many others have now..
he's raised a support ticket, but has anyone any ideas?
