As of right now, gruk doesn't drop anything. Not sure if he will or not. Like AAO said, we will know after outpost is completed.

Gruk The Frigid is level 125 Shaman, 139535 hp. Attacks are all spell-like blight attacks.
His mean attack is a blight damage DOT called Tormented Mind. does 220-600 blight damage per tick, every 11 seconds for 1:03. Stuns the target. Non-dispellable. Seems to be single target only. So only 1 person gets hit with it, they need to be healed to keep them alive or the dot will kill them.
He also radiates sluggish mind like Daknor.
A balanced group can handle gruk with no problems.
