Question for you druids

I'm a warrior as main but like to have buffs and heals as backup (no i dont wanna become a paladin in any way) I also am a cleric and benefit from their spells quite a lot. So i was thinking

"hey! druids, they have regrowth, damage shield and so on"

but my question is:

"will a warrior be able to use these spells/abilities? Which can i use and which can't i use?"

please tell me what you know...

Further more, If and you druids could sum up the damage from damage shield, at which level etc. Same goes for regrowth - If it's not too much to ask.

I've had a hard time finding any good website that provide any info's related to this (or several other question i had in the past) I have looked at hzdruids.com but haven't found the info that i requier... so my question now lies with you guys.

You can use
- Detoxify Self.Nice one: Timer of 15 sec , no miss
- Field of Growth II
- Forest Mist

You can't
- Cloak
- All others druid abilities

you can use also
petrify, natures fury(very low lvl good abilities)
vigor,rigidity series slahs,crush, and pierce resist passiveboosters.
instant heal, smash

you can`t use any naturespells from druid execpt rev and improved rev. Also no enhances, surges or life based buffs from aug line.
