Outpost Imperial Dragon Engineer
So, anyone who is a Tailor, Weaver or Outfitter getting any results with this guy? I have a skill of 1264 in spinning and he doesn't offer anything to me but does have some yellow dialog.
If this isn't working can we get a switch thrown (a swift kick in that dragon NPC's caboose) or something? It would be nice to find out what he has for us.

Im guessing this guy gives out master fabric spool form. Another question pops to mind is why should a dragon biped forms...
