What drops Weaker Blight Bindings? and where?

I cannot seem to find what drops weaker blight bindings. Gamersinfo.net lists Strawblight (~lvl 15-30), weak straw blight (~lvl 1-10), and weak water blights (~lvl 1-10) as creatures that drop them. Assuming this is true (I could find no confirmation in the Horizons forums) I couldn't find these creatures locations in the Horizons forums or in-game using Cobal's downloadable mappack 3.2. Any help would be appreciated.

Try the blights at the Isle of the Drowned (at the coast just south of Parsinia)

I believe they're on the Isle of the Drowned if nowhere else. You can go south from Parsinia along the western coast, and as you pass the sandstone golems you'll see a bunch of boulders / a path leading out into the water to the west. They connect to an island out there the aforementioned Isle of the Drowned or something similar. Level 1-20ish (maybe slightly higher) stuff of the blighted variety - maggots, necroflies, blights, fyakki, blighted racial critters, other stuff. Water blights in the lakes.

LOL! Sometimes I get so focused on main island and portals to elsewhere I miss the obvious.
