Screen all black

Hello,

I'm new to the game, actually I just opened the account today, been trying to get into the game with a lot of trouble...After reading a lot of posts I' in the game...

At character creation, I couldn't see the character, actually the screen was all black, I could only see the side tab with the race choices...

I created my character, without seeing her, thought maybe it's a bug at character creation only, but when I was in the game, I could only see my game windows (chat, options, spells, etc), the rest of the screen was completely black...

I tried to play with the video options, but nothing helped...

I would like to start playing today, so if anyone have any idea, please let me know how to fix this...

i frequently experience this problem when i am tabbed-out in fullscreen mode and close a program. it auto-tabs back in, but only the UI loads and i have to manually tab to teh desktop and back to correct it. alo, try setting it to run in window mode.
