If you cancel your subscription mid-month say, it will last until the next billing cycle comes around.
E.g. if you started on oct 15, and cancel three days later you will have until nov 15 to play. after that you will have to re-sub that account.

I know this topic is old, but I didn't want to create a new topic when there is one already made.


Okay, I'm new to Paypal and I already made my purchase last week Friday by eCheck. It got cleared today and my bank account reflects it. What I'm asking is... how much longer will it take to reflect on my Istaria account?

As time goes by I slowly get paranoid... I guess I really want to play this game again.

On the new launcher it says something like 'user name does not exist'. I'm sure it's because it says I don't have a subscription yet on account management page.


Could someone please put my mind to ease? Thank you.

your very best bet is to go to the source, as it were -
submit a support ticket (you can do this as a guest) and provide all the relevent info.....
the customer service and accounts folks would be better able to advise than we lowly mortals would...
