Promote Vitality Buff Line Broken (?)

Hello,

I just logged into the game and buffed myself as I generally do. Once I hit Promote Vitality III I received this message:

Tzyraith does not meet requirements for Promote Vitality III

So, the buff that I've been using on myself every day now can not be used.

I'm also told by someone else in the chat room that Promote Vitality IV is doing the same thing so I'm guessing that this is an issue with the PV line of spells in general.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Promote vitality I and II is working good fro me, but i also heard about it from other dragons in Order

apparently they changed the level youcan cast them on requirement
I think I saw there was a bit of a misprint in the data for 1v and up..ill have to check back in the general forum again. Think they said it was being fixed but the effect of limiting the level it can be cast on is going to stay

Yes the Teir 3 version is set for level 60 and should be 40 I think. All of them from teir 3 up are 20 to high as they skiped 40 from the list I saw. I.E. teir 3 - 60, Teir 4 - 80 tier 5 - 100

I saw someone mention in chat last night that they're a tier off and it may have been the same person who said that it'd be fixed on the next patch.
