Thank you Velveeta. You just reminded me of one of the biggest mistakes I ever made as a cake decorator.

I learned an important lesson that day... Even if you are super busy trying to put out 40 special order cakes in one day, never ever put an ice cream cake on the shelf to await customer pick up with all the other non-icecream cakes.

Those poor people hours later, cutting into the beautiful cake, only to see every bit of ice cream ooze all over their table.

Oopsy, what a horrible embarassing moment.

Ice cream is good. But it's awfully sticky, and not a whole lot of fun to clean up if it's spilled and left to dry.

Vanilla Ice was a rapper in the 90's who hit the big time with Ice Ice Baby. Rap was influence by funk. One of the bigger names was a Hot Chocolate. This group had a big hit in the 70's with You Sex Thing. I personally think Darwin was wrong, at least when it concerns music.
