I already know of the "white teeth and claws" mod and plan to download it but is there others? there's also the one to fix missing textures...

You might want to get the map pack. It's a bit dated, but still has lots of good info. Instructions at:

I like the mod but I won't download it because I'd like to have sound but I want to keep the same texts for emotes and this mod changes them.

No, it doesn't. The last text change was introdiuced by Virtrium on the /shake emote with September 18th, 2007 Live Patch.
The older versions of the pack were made from files prior to this patch. The lastest ones are made from up-to-date Virtrium files, so you won't basically see a difference with default emotes (because it has not been modified at all)... except sound of course.
