this is normaly that fullscan overwrite pekkas mappak

befor patches i deinstall it so when i patched i dont DL all map new
anmd after patch u can install mappak newin2-3 min maximum

Same problem here. What really annoys the hell outta me is that from looking at these posts it's been going on for about 2 hrs now. It's not that I expect someone to make an official statement the first hr after a problem arises, but with in 2hrs someone better post something either on the login page or here saying that they are working on it.

Like many others here I've been a sys admin, and I had a pager that went off when servers I was responsible for stopped responding, and then I had about 15-30 minutes to get it back up. After that I had to ring the big ol' alarm bell and wake somebody up so we could get info out to the users.

Seems to me that they:
A) Dont have anyone working 24hrs a day(on call or on site) to ensure stuff works.
B) Don't have automatical diagnostics of the server that can notify whoever is on call that something is wrong.

Would be nice if Luca answered that one.

Well sorry but when i was on my last project i had to be at the office one hour before the users came in just to make sure everything was working like it should.

In case of this situation, I don't expect them all to be there 24/7 but i do expect atleast 1 person to be there in case of problems and especially around the time the problems started.

It's not like the GN work is a regular 9 to 5 job
