    I added a park.
    Which did nothing for the pollution (still 1%)
    But, for some strange reason affected the transport network (99%).

    Why do they want to drive their polluting cars through the park?

    People are lazy, dont like to walk.
    Added even more parks, but now we dont have enough roads
