Community Plot Buildings
Besides of the fact that those plots are to small for any use, but I found on those communities the following:
Central Valley contains a destroyed shrine, destroyed human trade center and a
destroyed portal (or something else can't remember exact) those can't be rebuild.
Istaria's Union and Dryart, each of them has got a large building that is unused, maybe this could be used for machines and / or trainers or something.
