Chat Channel question

I try to get in a chat channel. When I write something it will be written in main channel. I am not shure wich options I must set. Can someone give me a hint ??

Have you tried clicking another tab, and going back to the just joined chat channel? I've also had this a few times, it seems you can't go and chat directly after you have just joined it. (This also happens when you login witht he loadings screen off.)

Happens to me when I first log in. The focus is the main window. So once all the channels are loaded, I have to select a different channel then the channel I want to type in.

Always happens, 100% of the time.

You have to "Join the channel" switch to another tab, then back.

It happens if you were in that channel, and log out and it.

All chat is defaulted to the main tab unless you click out and back in.

I seem to recall recently noticing an option to turn a particular tab into your primary chat channel. I'm not sure if this bug will still exist when you logout and back in or if it will behave and let you automaticly start typing in your chosen channel.

Im of the habit now that when I log in I automaticly click throu all my tabs, even tho I only need to click on one *shrugs*
