Location: Harton Valley (SE of Tazoon, NW of Feladan, player town)
Plots: owned by Arilye and Avistal
Both plots are near the portal pad, portal and shrine.

Tier 1 work - dim, cedar, flax, bronze and sandstone - paying 300-350c per unit
Tier 2 work - elm, kenaf, and pale - paying 600-750c per unit

Machines: Harton has functioning and open dwarven forge (Arilye's plot), beginner stone and wood shops (Eland's plot just north of Arilye's), and beginner scholar and cloth shops (Dalmarr's plot just south of Arilye's).

Nearest vault: Parsinia (via portal), or Tazoon/Feladan via flying/running.

you are on my list ... I am just finishing a commission in Istaria's Union so I will start when finished this ... pales will be my bag

Having a binding shrine and a portal to Paris will make the travel time more than acceptable.
