Fangs of Fury
Just noticed on fangs of fury on the attacks only , modifies delay by Zero% modifies recycle by zero % and only a 5% change of FOF kicking in , if its a 0 present why bother adding it?
Also noticed Demon claw is only 3% chance of armor shards kicking in , wasn't it like 5% or 7% before ?.
OK the old sig was too long , this one is better.

Fangs of Fury (xtal) has 0 delay 0 recycle.
The headscale works fine. The Helian xtal works fine (I don't have a Helian headscale to look at).
Demon Claw armor shreds has always been 3%.

Yea, this was my fault. It said "nPercent" and I put 0.95 which is what we normally use. But it needed a whole number (95 for a 5% reduction). Sorry, will be fixed in the next patch.

Seems to double delay now, I attack much faster without the crystal in. This is on Chaos, after the latest push to live (144?)

Fangs of Fury is still not fixed. My crystal still reads +95%
