Ninja Nerfing INTOLERABLE

as of 142 delta patch Ravage, silverstrike, Tailwhip, ect are sharing timers.

Virtrium, you have failed to mention these in patch, ninja nerfing is a intolerable in my book. This also takes me a step closer for me to call it a perma-quit.

Ninja nerfing can hurt the trust of subscribers.

Those that disagree with me, I dont even want to hear it from you.

While I agree its very upsetting, if this is to be changed or undone, we pretty much need to keep level heads and exlain why it is bad. Not just dragons dont wanna lose anything....makes us look bad.

I assume we look overpowered. Lets *talk* about why we aren't.

As it stands I agree the big draw being dragons, nerfed how they work after 4 years....might be a *very* bad idea. Lets use some tact. This sounds bad coming from me, but... well....maybe I learned to change a bit.

Uhm... Which versions of those are you seeing the linked timer behavior on?

Ravage III, Silver Strike X, and Tail Whip V are NOT linked. (checked on 9 Jun at 22:40 PDT)

That sounds more like a bug than anything else... why would those be on the same timer?

I agree here with Cromos.
Til now, I did not comment on "overpowered dragons" or "overpowered bipeds"
and I won`t compare the assets and drawbacks of the two.
Just took it the way it is.

But further weakening of the dragons, without very good reasons-
I shall not accept.
No rant- but my very personal decision.

I just went in and tested this myself and found the following dependencies:
Breath of Fire II and Breath of Ice I cause a 30 second delay on each other (and always have I believe)
Tail whip III and Drain Strike IV cause an 18 second delay on each other (new this patch)
Ravage II and Silver Strike IV cause a 14 second delay on each other (new this patch)
No other dragon abilities cause delays for other dragon abilities.

Steelclaw, can you double check these specific dependencies at higher tiers? This may be a tier issue.

From everything said. It looks more like a bug than intentional.

I would have asked if this was a change or a bug before leaping headfirst off the deep end. Yer gonna look pretty silly if they come back with "This was a bug introduced with delta 142. We will fix it as soon as possible"....

Okay, there are some linked timers.

Using Drain Strike VIII and Tail Whip V are linked (about 18 sec). I dunno why I didn't notice this before. Maybe I should take time to hotkey my abilities.

Ravage III and Silver Strike X are not linked.

BoF III and BoI I are linked (about 30 sec, this is not new).

I'm really curious as to why drain strike and tail whip are linked. It can be a mistake, or if it's not, what the reasoning behind that move was.
