Default Suggestion: larger PM boxes for Emissaries

Sometimes there is information that needs to not be posted publicly and not necessarily PM'd to a VI developer, which needs to be sent to an Emissary so that it can be distilled and funnelled through the proper channels... it's exceedingly frustrating to type out a thorough message only to get:

The following errors occurred with your submission:
    1. XXX has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

Can we maybe get Ye Olde PM limits increased for Emissaries? Please? How about "Pretty please with whipped cream & a cherry"? What if I throw in some sprinkles? I hear Velea likes sprinkles...

Or we can just go in and clean out our old sent messages that some of us may not have known counts towards our limit.

Woudln't it be easier to ease the limits and fill the database with PMs? Helps to encourage laziness, too.
