Was the quest actually broken as I know many who completed it successfully when it was running, or was it removed because there were legal issues between VI and PSB?

Quest was notorious for being broken at various stages.
Yes, I know there are some that did complete it, but I know far more many that told me they never got that quest done.
I re-did mine 5 times before just giving up and saying "It's not worth it" and it all bugged at different stages.

Spent 6 hours running around trying to do the quest. Decided I wanted to save the wedding, and didn't get the ring when I was warped out and so was never able to complete it.

i tried 3 times before i gave up - i could never get the uncles to talk to me...
