everytime I try to log on it says it could not load file or assembly patcher, version=4.1.1., culture=neutral, public key token=null or one of it dependencies the system cannot find the file specified.

Redirect the launcher client shortcut from horizonslauncher.exe to launcher.exe - problem fixed.
