New Support Site
Greetings,
The developers report that the new support site is up and running. We're looking for feedback on the new system. The impetus for the change was:
1) Linking to existing accounts allowing you to use your game account login for support tickets.
2) Easier lookup for customer support (through game account login) for support to find characters, account login history, subscriptions, etc.
3) Faster Performance

If you make a ticket, we'll reply and if you have feedback, please just submit a ticket within the new system.
The import of the game account database to this new support account database has not been completed yet, so if you do submit a ticket you'll need to create a support account first.
