Trying to log in

So I've been away for a long time, recently saw that the game now supports Vista OS and downloaded the client etc. so I can check out the changes since I last played. Now each time I log in using the launcher it goes through a thing where it will search for files to update, then it shows a little box that looks like it's about to go into the game, and then goes back to desktop. Not sure if something is wrong, or if it's patching each time, or whatever.

Hey Mordoth! Have you patched in .net 3.0? or maybe 3.5 will work as well. This is a fresh install correct? I think that problem is caused by not having .net 2.0 which is part of .net 3.0 or 3.5 I am pretty sure.

Hey Deth,
I've got .net 1.1 and .net 3.5 SP1 installed. Guess I should try installing the others and see if that fixes it. Had to pay a month to be able to start patching the game, so I'd like to at least get access. =)

Well would say put in a ticket if nothing else. They are pretty quick on tickets now I hear.

I had the same problem and my ticket has been forwarded to the technical department. Once i get an answer ill be sure to let you know. I cant wait to get back in.

Actually, I installed .net 2.0 and was able to log in after that.
