Cant log in....

I cant log in, it stops loading at "Entering Istaria" Or Loading Items into Backpack. Please help. Debug file is too big to be attached. Need anything else in order to help me?

My guess would be a firewall issue. But the others are right do a support ticket.

If it is getting stuck and then coming up with an error window, it also may be your cache in the game itself needs to be cleared.

I was running into a issue where the game would fall apart at the loading the world and then blow up which was being caused by the cache.
However, there isn't enough information here for me to really say what your running into or if that is the problem, so-- a ticket probably would be best, yes.

I had something similar happen to me. You can typically figure if it freezes up in loading the world and then crashes, it is probably the cache.
