[Fixed] Error ID 57: Can't login. Database problems?

Managed to login successfully this morning after maint to check new June Content. Logged out to go do rl stuff.

Tried to log back in a bit later, and have been repeatedly trying for about an hour now, and get the same error message every time.

Transport Error: Error ID:- 57

" The login process was unsuccessful because of an internal communication problem between the authentication server and the accounts database. Please wait a few moments and try again"

Is it a problem my end? Anyone else experiencing it?

I remember why I hate patch day-

Logged into chaos right after the severs came back up. Had no initial problems. A player logged in saying they received the following error:
"The login process was unsuccessful because this account has exceeded its number of simultaneous connections. If you recently logged out with this same character , please wait a few minutes before logging in again."

Apparently that person had logged in, change from khutit to dragon, logged off and couldn't log their other characters because of the error.

I attempted to try it myself so I logged in an alt, change dragon to khutit and visa versa, logged off and logged back in with no problems. Or so I thought.

I logged off my first character to make a switch, and got the same message as well.

So I logged off my alt I had on earlier to do the testing to see what would happen. I found I could only log in one of my characters at a time.

Few logins and logouts later and now I can't login *any* of my characters at all. This morning I had out two.
I've tried full patches to no avail. And of course I 've checked my account to see that the subscriptions are still good.

Wondering, besides me and the other player who brought it to my attention, is anyone else getting this too?

Was getting this error on just one of my characters for a little while. Now I am getting the Transport Error ID: 62 instead on all my characters.

yeah im getting the same errors , i was logged in , logged out to put setscale back on as the patch removed it and poof , these errors start comming , its not us its them , , i tried this on another pc and another account so its definatly a login malfunction to do with the character servers , hope they fix it soon ,

Just got error 74 on the same alt I have been unable to log in with. Time is 5:50 am pacific daylight. I seem to be able to log in ok with 2 other alts. I am terrible with remembering numbers but think I was getting error 57 before. I have been able to log one alt on order and one alt on chaos. Haven't tried to relog my main that I was playing. (dragon and did switch to khutite and back again if that makes any difference).

edit: Haha, something is happening. Now when I try to log in I only get creat new character on the character list.

it appears my thing was updated, as none of my characters are there! I'm guessing that something was applied to the characters? just a guess.... XD

phew okay glad its not just me.. all my chars are gone hope all goes well with the fix.
