when i first started playing the game i never knew that the hatchling could glide till i happened to have seen one flying past me one time
i ended up having to have that person explain to me how or where i might be able to glide myself..for a long time i didn't even think it was an option that had to be set
i was thinking it was something that had to be earned

I have the same, when try modify *.tga files

I'm not sure if Talitha even plays anymore but guessing from her post, she says -

Step 3: Headdesk. Learn better. Set correct file dimensions.

So I guess her files had the wrong dimensions. (they're usually some exponent of 2, so 32x64, 32x32, 512x216, etc) You may also have your files saved up side down or just placed wrong. Try comparing your modded image to the original image in AGH viewer to see what looks wrong.

changing image size works (still curios why it works befor modyfing, if file oversised?)

I'm not sure why it's oversized or anything, it's probably just an error in either AGHviewer or the editing program. You're welcome, though. ^^
