Poll: what character category do you play?

Hello,

I got curious about the kind of characters who are played as of today.

Please indicate the main character only (I know it could be hard to choose, forum polls have technical limits!), that is the character you are planning to play the most now and for the foreseeable future.

In case of hatchies please specify what faction you planned to become at adult, in case of non dragons choose the "4 or above" category even if you have less than 4 classes but you plan to get there and beyond.

I voted 4 plus class biped though that'll change when they eventually get back to the revamping, I'm stalled at the end of the t2 revamp awaiting more new stuff, it'll be biped less than three classes when and if T3 is ever redone.

I don't know of many that are pure Helian or pure Lunus. I voted Lunus as most of my characters are Lunus with Helian tendencies.

Lunus dragon with a lair in the volcanic area near Dralk, but I do tend to be more tolerant against other races then a Lunus should be.

Lunus dragon, played more properly as a Lunus when there were more players to be a Lunus WITH, nowadays I'm a Lunus that acts kindly towards bipeds out of self-interest. Lair in Chiconis, mind you

Helian who gets accused of being Lunus, to the player's endless amusement. Because being a jerk to other dragons deemed "unworthy" is apparently a Lunus-only trait? HA.

What is this poll trying to measure, out of curiosity? The characters behind the toons-- their personalities, beliefs, quirks, etc-- or what we choose to do with our characters on the Adventuring side of things? Wording led me to think the former, but thinking about it a bit you might have meant the latter.

I wanted to study the evolution of the players preferences thru the years. IE in the past the dragons were a minority, then they got mostly fixed and added abilities and increased a lot. At the same time bipeds kept being a majority but lately some decided to quit (bored after they got to > 200 rating) or reroll a dragon.

While my first dragon was a Lunus, the other two (counting my current main) are Helians. So, I guess Helian it is then

I still mainly play my first two characters that I made back during the first year post beta.

• Nellie Lovett, she's a 30th level Scout. (Yup! just one adventure class)
• Ochre Tekton, she's a Druid/Cleric. Both classes are in their mid to upper 20's.

Since my main emphasis has been community & guild work and mainly crafting, my girls don't level quickly, especially in adventuring.
(Those walls don't build themselves! )

My thoughts, on a poll like this i think should of had three options

-Dragon only
-Dragon/Biped- example log in once of each type at least once a week
-Biped only

I cannot possibly be the only one, can I? Or maybe
I'm just more schizophrenic than most.

I have 4 accounts, 4 plots (all on Order),
1 Ancient, 7 bipeds with 100 in multiple schools.

I've been here since shortly after launch and have
stayed active since.

Your situation is probably quite common and thus would not bring in a lot of precise information.
I purposedly make people choose their "real main" even if in many cases the answer would be "both". I wanted to see the (planned) preferences not the demographics.

i mainly play a ped with more than 4 uber advent skewls, plus a lunus leaning hatchie....

i play a dragon helian mainly but.. i would also consider my biped amain too.. she is 4+ adventure schools. and 2+craft.

i went Lunus because the Helian rites were broken at the time. (2006-2007 era)

I chose Biped 3 and under because Shinkuu is my main really and I play more Bipeds than Dragons. Would not want to go through the horrible RoP ever again.

Besides, Zarla does not consider herself Lunus nor Helian so labeling her as either is erroneous.
