Soul Fragments? (Khutit Questing)

So I'm in the middle of my Khutit Quest, and I've already run across some potential problems with finding Soul Fragments. I've heard it said that it's rather difficult, next to impossible? to find Soul Fragments as drops nowadays on the Order Shard.

Is this the case? Will I be able to get some to complete my Khutit questing?


Or rather if anyone has 5 fragments left over and doesn't mind selling, trading or donating them I'd be more than grateful for the assistance. ^^

I heared rumors that they sometimes drop from the mobs on Draak, but again this is a rumor.

They used to drop from the mobs on draak yes, but I think their loot table got adjusted a while ago, and havent seen any soul frags ever since

Don't know about Order, but I found the ice blights at Rift's Edge to be wonderful on Chaos. They almost always drop soul fragments on every loot so long as you have the quest active.

I found mine on ice blights also, northern deads, near valley of moon, or whatever the specific name is. Seems ice blights may be the target.
