Calimirs Hide Grip for bows and Dire Wolf Hide Grip

Can these two techs be made the same? i.e make the craftable one just as good as the quested one?

Second part: Make the melee version of the Calimirs Hide Grip be craftable as well. If someone has multiclassed alot, being limited to only one or the other stinks.

I like this idea very much so. Currently craftable version VS the quest reward is a downgrade. Doesnt make much sense to me.
